  Charter Clients and Services

• Corporate Executive Travel – It is estimated that the average corporate executive can lose up to five hours a day of productive time using scheduled airline service. With corporate executives having a higher hourly value to their employers, this can add up to substantial aggregate lost profits and shareholder value over time. For today’s competitive business environment, chartering provides the business traveler with many competitive advantages that the airlines just cannot deliver.
D & D has conducted charters for corporations and their executives and management teams for various missions.
• Gaming Industry – High-Roller VIP casino flights to Las Vegas, Atlantic City, New Orleans, and Reno.
• Sports Travel – Sports teams and players must adhere to very tight pre-determined schedules. Many players and teams take advantage of corporate travel to reduce the lengthy hours spent waiting on scheduled flights and tiring ground transportation.
• Other Corporate Travel – D & D also helps companies, event planners and travel agencies with Road Shows, Musical Group Tours, Group Charters including Corporate Incentive Trips and Retreats, Celebrities and Professional athletes. Personal and family trips, golfing and resorts. D & D Aviation has provided charter services to many well-known corporations, individuals, and organizations including high profile bands and music groups for concert tours.
• Personal Travel – We are honored that many family trips have started with D & D Aviation. We take families to Hawaii, the Caribbean, ski and golf trips, and sporting events. Private aircraft gives families more time together with each other, making the most of precious time off from hectic schedules.
• Medical Transport – We have been part of the Utah medical transportation system since our inception. We have provides air ambulance service all across North America. We pioneered the use of self contained medical kits in Learjet’s; a system adopted by the USAF. Intermountain Donor Services (IDS) has contracted D & D Aviation to be their primary air transport provider. We take doctors and transplant specialist all over the United States to recover organs used to save lives.
• Brokerage Charter Services – Often times our fleet is unable to complete a request and D & D reaches outside of the fleet to use an approved operator to complete the trip. This also includes large aircraft charter from groups of 30 to 300.


 Aircraft Maintenance

All maintenance inspections conducted on D & D Aircraft meet or exceed the provisions for charter aircraft providers specified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). All D & D Aircraft are subject to a carefully managed maintenance regimen handled by the professionals who know them best: the original equipment manufacturers and their authorized support facilities. And of course, we work only with manufacturers that meet our very high standards for maintenance.
